Snow Moon Soul Fest Vendor Registration

Thank you for agreeing to BE the Snow Moon Soul Fest!

We’re looking forward to a magical event, and we’re thrilled to have you.

Some things to keep in mind:

The Snow Moon Soul Fest is on February 5th, 2023, from 10am – 4pm.

Please plan to arrive around 8:30 am to set up.  If you’ll require more time, just let us know.

We’ll do our best to make the entire experience flow, by:

  • Setting up a beautiful table for you in your area
  • Providing electricity, if needed
  • Helping transport your gear in & out of the building, as we’re able
  • Marketing the event

We appreciate you helping us spread the word through social posts, email, flyers, and personally inviting your friends, family, & clients!

We’ll coordinate parking, guests, and everything else logistical so you can focus on getting here & being present. Do Your Amazing Thing!  🙂

“Energy Passports”:

We’re encouraging guests to interact with every vendor during the event. To facilitate this, we’ll hand each guest an “Energy Passport” as they arrive. You’ll receive a rubber stamp with your business logo. Each time you interact with a new guest, please stamp their Passport!

Important: Al Cuneo will be producing the stamps. Please order your free stamp by following his instructions:
“To create rubber stamps I will need a copy of each vendor’s logo and whatever else they would want on the stamp, such as web site or phone number. Keep in mind that size of the stamp can be no bigger than 3/4″ x 1 7/8”.

Vendor Fee:

The vendor fee for this event is $55, payable to Wendy Borne via Venmo @Wendy-Borne. Thank you.
