With your comfort and safety in mind, we have implemented CDC recommended guidelines for sanitation, social distancing, and hygiene for all events at Visions Reiki and Soul Spa.

For the safety of all participants, you will be asked to attest to the following:

• I have not been outside the country in the past three weeks.

• In the last 14 days I have not experienced shortness of breath, coughing, fever, or other symptoms often associated with COVID-19.

• I have not been in close contact with anyone who is confirmed to have or suspected of having COVID-19.

We ask that you wear a mask until you arrive on your mat and consider how you are feeling each week prior to attending.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket/pillow or bolster, and any other props such as a yoga strap and block to support your practice.
