Partner yoga:

A way of building trust, communication, playfulness and intimacy 

Partner Yoga is a practice that expands the traditional practices of Yoga into the realm of relationship. It is a practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances posture, builds trust and communication and cultivates balance and creativity within the relationship. Working with a partner encourages playfulness and fun, creating room for letting go and not taking things too seriously. For romantic partners it is a creative way to connect, build intimacy and spend time together all while expanding your yoga practice. While suitable for intimate partners, this practice can be done with anyone: a friend, sibling, parent etc., allowing everyone to explore interpersonal dynamics in ways that nurture and support all relationships.

Grab your loved one, friend or significant other and deepen the connection the two of you share! Find a sense of safety, trust, laughter and unconditional love in this playful beginner level Valentines Day Yoga Event. Utilizing partner dynamics to build connection through breath work, movement, trust and play. A powerful opportunity to surrender to another individual and to feel supported, while also developing sensitivity to ourselves and our partner.

$50.00 per couple/ per two yoga partners.

No expereince necessary, all levels and ages welcome!

Feel free to bring a journal, a yoga mat (one will also be provided fro you), blanket/pillow, and/or whatever you need to feel comfortable moving about the floor for two hours.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to get checked in.

No refunds available, however, a credit will be applied towards a future event hosted by Lesley and Liz.
