We are excited to Welcome Brad back to the Soul Spa. Brad Silberberg, of Mesa Creative Arts is incredibly knowledgable and talented and will be offering his drumming circle here at Visions Reiki and Soul Spa 4 times this summer. Brads events are a lot of fun; offering a unique opportunity to delve into the fascinating history of drums, immerse yourself in the sacred art of drumming, and enjoy the true community that a drum circle fascilitates.
Modern studies have shown that drumming together can help release stress, brighten moods, increase self-confidence, and create a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.
Don’t worry if you are new to drumming, these events are specially crafted to be inclusive and inviting to everyone. All you need to bring is your open heart and willingness to explore. Drums will be provided.
At the end of the session, the circle will give personalized drum sound healings for individual members of the group.
