Cancel-then-Create is an immersive approach to healing that is simple in execution, yet profound in effect. In this workshop, participants will discover ways to relax mentally and physically, redefine unhelpful beliefs, and engage deeply in the present moment using focused vibrational mindfulness.
Each attendee will enjoy group meditation, an informational presentation, and compelling conversation, learning how a precious pause of silent redirection can better their lives and the lives of those around them. An activity book will be provided for step-by-step guidance and ongoing reference.
