Cacao is considered medicine of the heart that aids in removing emotional and spiritual blocks, awakens and/or heightens the senses, and cultivates a connecting journey to the inner self.

You are invited to a deeper level of self-care through the practice of ceremonial cacao and Reiki.

You are invited to take a little respite away from your day-to-day life, including all the traumas and dramas of the world!

You are invited to simply stop, get quiet and journey within where it’s beautiful, peaceful, loving … where it’s nourishing.

You are invited to take time out for YOU in ceremony!

In this powerful cacao ceremony we will set intentions, connect with the spirit of cacao as we sip this earthy plant medicine drink, and take a playful journey within that will include visualization and meditation.

We will also incorporate Reiki to assist the journey and experience.

One of the many beautiful aspects of a cacao ceremony is community. With that, there will be a time of sharing along with a time for journaling.

We suggest that you bring a blanket, pillow, and a journal or notebook. An eye pillow is also nice. We recommend that you also dress comfortably. Eat light before you come (in other words, don’t come hungry) and come well hydrated.

NOTE: Cacao is a natural stimulant of serotonin, which is the body’s “happy” biochemical that helps us balance our moods. If you are on SSRI antidepressants, pregnant, breastfeeding or have a serious heart condition please check with your doctor before you participate.
