Anchoring Into The Spiritual Heart: A Journey of Hatha/Tantra Yoga and Sound

The spiritual heart is the essence of everything that is; our most authentic self, who you are at the core of your being. The Spiritual Heart resides in the Anahata chakra, surrounded by the energies of unconditional love, compassion and joy. This chakra serves as a gateway between the needs of the ego, related to the lower chakras, and the spiritual connection of the higher chakras. The shift from the lower chakras to the heart is transformational, the ego moves beyond its own needs and transcends fear to experience love. When the heart chakra opens, we are able to accept all aspects of our being, cultivate self-love and compassion to ourselves and others, forgive and create space for serving others.

Join us for a beautiful heart centered Hatha/Tantra Yoga practice, where we will bring awareness and anchor into the spiritual heart. We will be guided into holding Yoga poses in a place of stillness, resting our attention into our pure presence and detaching from the chatter of the mind. This place of stillness allows us to connect to our own sacredness nestled in our beautiful hearts, as we shift into a deeper state of inner peace and love.

When we combine the practices of Hatha/Tantra Yoga with the vibrational healing tones of Sacred Sounds a beautiful balance between your divine existence and your physical existence is supported and realized.

In this Sacred Sound/Yoga Event, we will be holding yoga postures in a space of stillness, allowing for a meditative and internalized practice.

We will amplify this with the utilization of the crystal bowls, gong, bells, and chimes for a truly amazing awakening experience.

No experience necessary; All levels and ages welcome.

$30 per participant. Please bring a journal, an item to place on the altar if you choose, and a yoga mat, blanket, and/or whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. There will be chairs available for anyone who would prefer not to lie down.
