on a transformative journey through the Koshas, the layers of our existence,

through the spiritual practice of Sacred Dance!

Join us at Visions Reiki and Soul Spa for a transformative experience where we will explore the five energetic layers or “sheaths” of the body that surround the soul, known as the Koshas. Through mindful movement and unchoreographed dance will will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration, allowing ourselves to embody each sheath of the Koshas. Let the power of intuitive movement and music awaken the layers of your being, as we dive deep into the realms of the physical, mental, intellectual, energetic and spiritual-bliss bodies. Through the spiritual practice of Sacred Dance we can embrace the rhythm of our own beings and begin to gently peel back the multi-layers that encompass our true selves, in order to attain a deeper sense of self-realization and unity with the Divine.

The 5 Koshas of our Existence:

• Annamaya Kosha: Physical Body by which we nativagate in the material world.
• Pranamaya Kosha: Energetic/Life Force sheath
• Manomaya Kosha: Mental/emotional/inner world sheath
• Vijnanamaya Kosha: Intelligence/wisdom/intuitive sheath
• Anandamaya Kosha: The Bliss sheath

No dance experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to explore! Feel free to wear a long dress/skirt or comfortable clothing to dance and move your body freely. All genders welcome. Please arrive 10-15 mins early to get checked in and settled, as we will begin our event promptly at 2pm. No refunds will be issued, however a credit will be applied towards a future event hosted by Lesley & Liz.
