The Energy of the New Year allows us to deepen our self-awareness. What do I love?.” In our immersions, we utilize hypno-meditation to access and explore all aspects of guided self-healing. We amplify it with the powerful utilization of sound healing instruments. As we quieten our thinking mind, we can access our deepest sense of knowing. Although each person comes to this space with a different intention, we ask each individual to be open to the variety of ways that the Soul may express itself to you during this psycho-spiritual journey inward. As always, at the conclusion of the sound immersion, you will be invited to receive individual healing through Reiki-infused vibrations of the gong. Participants often enjoy sitting or laying on the floor. Bring any comfy measures, such as a soft blanket, eye mask, or pillows to support your body.
