Partner Yoga is a practice that expands the traditional practices of Yoga into the realm of relationship and conscious connection. In this practice two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances posture, builds trust and communication and cultivates balance and creativity.
Yoga with a partner encourages playfulness and fun; creating space for letting go and not taking things too seriously. It’s an opportunity to broaden communication skills in a lighthearted environment, laugh together and experience new ways of connecting. While suitable for intimate partners, this practice can be done with anyone: a friend, sibing, parent, etc., allowing all partners to explore interpersonal dynamics that nurture and support all relationships.
