The energies of Spring time inspire integration; moments of slow and steady nourishment to nurture our hearts and soft animal bodies.
As the flowers are blooming all around us now, we can look to them for support in our own inner flourishing. Flower essences are the vibrational frequency of flowers, captured in water. Each flower offers a unique healing potential by bringing positive vibration into our energy systems where imbalances may exist, and aligning us with the truest expression of our souls. They are experienced through felt sense, which we will explore together by trying multiple essences, learning about their healing qualities and finding your own flower ally to take home and support you.
This event combines the emotional integrative qualities of flower essences and the gentle supportive movement of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that emphasizes holding poses for longer periods of time and utilizing props such as bolsters and blocks to support deeper connection to our subtle energy bodies. By anchoring into our breath and finding stillness, we can naturally slip into the soft openings of the body, letting our bodies unfold into easefulness and connecting more deeply with our inner essence.
