This yoga experience is designed to put you on the path of self discovery, using mindful movement, breath and stillness. Learn how this practice unites mind, body and spirit, allowing you to tap into your intuition, receptivity, connection and overall felling of health and wellness!
This is for everyone, those who have yet to experience the joy of a yoga class and those with a more regular practice. Customizations and modifications are always offered.
We have plenty of room for safe yoga practice and social distancing. Registration is limited to 10, so we have have room for your friends.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow or yoga bolster, and a yoga block if you have one.
