Fall Into You Mini-Retreat

Restore, refresh, renew… Join us for some long-overdue self-care! Fall is a time for reflection and restoration… A time to look inside and find peace. We are so thrilled to be offering a mini-retreat featuring guided meditation, gentle restorative yoga, and sound immersion. This will be a relaxing and nurturing experience that promotes the healing benefits of conscious relaxation and release. This class is suitable for everyone.
Props are encouraged for maximum comfort, to enable a deep release in the connective tissue and calmness to the central nervous system. We recommend having some basic yoga props (or creative equivalent ones) available such as a block, strap, blanket and or bolster. These are not required but may assist at times during the class. If you would be interested in purchasing props, Jill from Indigo Yoga Loft has some gently used items available for sale.
Creative Prop suggestions:
block – Shoebox, small folded towel, lunchbox
Strap – belt to robe, theraband, long rope
Blanket – towel
Bolster – folded towels or blanket, or decorative pillow, or furniture cushion.
