We are all One Drum 

In Native American culture, the sound of the drum is considered to be the heartbeat of Mother Earth. 

Among indigenous peoples drumming is used to raise energy for dance and ceremony, heal imbalance, and connect to the Spirit World.  It brings The People together as a community, lifts spirits, and connects us to the Creator. 

Modern studies show that drumming together can help release stress, brighten moods, increase self-confidence, and create a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves. 

Join Brad Silberberg, of Mesa Creative Arts for an evening of drum history, sacred drumming, and transformative fun.
