Come as You Are- Woman’s Circle

Do you feel yourself reaching for other women; to lean on one another, to share and celebrate the wild spectrum of being woman…together?

Our circle is a space to come as you are, dear sister. To come as your raw and real self, to return to your heart and the natural essence of your feminine being. Bring what you are carrying and let it soften in the warm arms of sisterhood.

Together we practice embodying the fullness of the feminine heart. We learn the art of deep listening, to each other, our feeling bodies and the cycles of Nature. We rediscover the desires and creativity of our feminine energy. Using the resonance of our voices, we learn to release what is heavy, receive support and restore our spirits. And we feel the natural unfolding of the heart that occurs through connection.

Come as You Are is meant to be a supportive pillar, as you grow through the cycles of the year. We gather on the third Wednesday of each month, for the entirety of the year.

Each month there’s a gentle invitation and guidance to explore a different theme of empowerment or celebrate a change in Season. We may deepen into these topics through movement, ritual, somatics, creative expression, storytelling, conversation and more.

All those who identify as a woman, all ages of women and mothers with babies welcome.
