Join Jill Sansom for this 3 week introduction to yoga. Everyone is welcome as Jill weaves breath and movement together in ways that make it accessible to most!
You will build on the understanding gained each week, starting with quieting the mind and body, paying attention to your breath and your physical and internal senses, then transitioning to link your breath with movement, arriving at stillness once again in your resting pose.
There will be time for questions and personal attention for each person that attends!
Students will learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. We will cover yoga breathing, yoga postures, and how to use yoga props and tools to customize your experience and best meet your needs.
