Awakening Your Energy Body: A Journey of Sound & Hatha/Tantra Yoga

When we combine the practices of Hatha/Tantra Yoga with the vibrational healing tones of Sacred Sounds a beautiful balance between your divine existence and your physical existence is supported and realized.
In this Sacred Sound/Yoga Event, we will be holding yoga postures in a space of stillness, allowing for a meditative and internalized practice.
We will amplify this with the utilization of the crystal bowls, gong, bells, and chimes for a truly amazing awakening experience.
Traditionally, the goal of yoga is not merely to bend the body into challenging asanas, but rather to bring awareness into the body while also tuning into our subtle energetic bodies; in particular the chakra system, earth and cosmic energies. By uniting the practice of physical alignment with energetic awareness, we can strengthen, purify, awaken and activate our energy fields that in return, create a more harmonious balance of mind, body and spirit.
No experience necessary; All levels and ages welcome.
$30 per participant. Please bring a journal, an item to place on the altar if you choose, and a yoga mat, blanket, and/or whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. There will be chairs available for anyone who would prefer not to lie down.

Lesley is currently a Reiki Master and 200hr certified Hatha/Tantra Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Teacher, an empath and a free spirit. Her fascination with energy has guided her to explore different modalities associated with energy work and has completed other various studies and Sadhana from the Traditional Tantric practices of India, which served to support and deepen her own spiritual development. Her inspiration comes from her own life experiences and the healing capacities of Mother Earth. She motivates students to anchor into the spiritual body and detach from the wandering mind as they are guided into stillness, pure presence and self-exploration.
